The Manthey-Racing Porsche 911 GT3 R – #911 Winner VLN Nürburgring 1st round 2018 1/18th scale model.

The Veranstaltergemeinschaft Langstreckenmeisterschaft Nürburgring, or VLN for short, has been the hobbyhorse of the motorsport team from Meuspath since Manthey-Racing was founded. With over 50 victories in individual races, the team is by far the sole record holder in the race series, which has been held at the Nürburgring since 1977.

The Porsche 911 GT3 R was also entered in the 2018 VLN season. Drivers Kevin Estre, Laurens Vanthoor and Earl Bamber with the number 911 in Grello livery won the first round, which took place on 24 March.
